There is a saying that first impression last, it may be true in some instances but you really need to know a person deep with in to find out how wonderful they are, but it does not hurt when you have an Attractive Appearance as well. Some people will judge you based on your looks especially when they don't know you personally. I myself get conscious once in a while when I'm out in the public, I try to be presentable most of the time but there are just days when you get lazy and don't want to do anything. Its important that you know how to take care of your self and maintain a healthy life style because it will reflect on your appearance if you are happy and healthy.
