Ive been missing Filipino Food lately and luckily when we went to the commisary to buy our grocery I saw a " Japanese eggplant" and Ampalaya at the vegetable section. I always see those big eggplant at the other grocery store but I didnt try to buy it because Im not sure if its like our eggplant back home.

Two day's ago I received a package of dried fish from a very good friend of mine that lives in Oregon. Thanks te Rubss mwahhh..

The pictures of the food look sooooo yummy! We always have tortang talong at least once a week, my husband loves it!!

That's really good news that your mom's tourist visa was approved! Buti ka pa, makikita mo ulit mommy mo! I'm sure, she, too is excited to come over.
