I booked my flight going to Manila using a travel agency yesterday, I bought a round trip ticket for me and a one way ticket for my hubby from MNL-CDO, after I paid everything I inform them that my son is also travelling with me, he is less than two years so I thought that Jaden's airfare would be free but this lady told me that PAL doesn't offer free airfares for infant. I wanted to yell at her but I don't want to make a scene, I asked if can just cancel my booking's but they have to take a 400 pesos per person for cancellation fee before refunding my money wtf! so I ended up buying tickets for my son too, and take note its the same amount as adults passenger, the worst part is that Jaden wont have his own seat going to Manila because of PAL's policy blah. blah, blah...
Last month we flew with PAL too but originally we bought our tickets from Air Philippines they have the same owner, our flight was cancelled and we were transferred to PAL, we didn't have any problems at all my son's airfare was free.
I was really careless and wasnt myself yesterday, I didnt even know that Cebu pacific has a promo... huhuhuh
lesson learned: dont rush thing's, read the airlines policy first and I dont want to book another ticket from Limbros travel agency again, ill go straight to PAL ticketing office in divisoria, hay naku I guess im super duper excited, kaya nangyari to!
